About the Role
Join our team in Gympie as a Job Coach for Workforce Australia (WFA), where we prioritize understanding the strengths and capabilities of our clients rather than focusing on limitations. This approach enables us to deliver personalized support and facilitates a more effective match between clients and suitable employment opportunities. Our commitment extends beyond placement; we continue supporting both clients and their employers throughout their employment journey.
Key Responsibilities and Attributes
- Support individuals with enthusiasm to help them reach their employment goals.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Provide excellent customer service experience.
- Engage confidently with local employers and businesses to foster connections.
- Maintain a goal-oriented approach to overcome challenges and objections.
- Understand the vulnerabilities faced when seeking work and how unemployment impacts individuals.
- Show empathy combined with resilience when working with clients.
- Possess or be able to acquire a current Working with Children Check and Police Check.
