Job Details

• Positions available for part-time and full-time schedules
• Evening shifts
• Pay rate of $14 per hour
• Weekly payment cycle

Role Responsibilities

• Keep all floor types clean using methods such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming
• Use chemical cleaners and power equipment correctly to avoid damage to flooring and other objects
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep in restrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and entrance areas
• Dispose of trash properly, including use of compactors for specific materials
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with suitable cleaning agents and tools
• Spot clean carpets; assist with carpet shampooing and extraction when needed
• Restock necessary paper and sanitary items
• Adhere to established housekeeping schedules
• Occasionally operate heavy cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on work scope or client needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months of relevant janitorial experience
• On-the-job training provided
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to understand and follow instructions precisely

Preferred Skills

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
• Knowledge of custodial procedures and commercial cleaning standards
• Familiarity with floor care techniques like waxing and buffing
• Experience in industrial cleaning or facility maintenance advantageous
