About the Role
We are actively searching for a proficient Recruiter to assist our IT and Health Affairs departments. This position involves overseeing the full recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and sustaining continual engagement. The successful candidate will forge strong connections with candidates and hiring managers alike to guarantee prompt placement of qualified professionals. Serving a key function in supporting hospital operations, this role facilitates the recruitment of critical sterile processing and healthcare staff, ensuring efficient healthcare facility functioning. The role includes a hybrid working arrangement, requiring onsite attendance once weekly to promote teamwork and collaboration. Ideal applicants will be proactive, meticulous, excellent communicators, and passionate about connecting talented individuals with significant roles within healthcare and IT sectors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, preferably in healthcare or IT.
- Proficient knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work autonomously, juggle multiple priorities, and adapt swiftly in dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and sterile processing is beneficial.
- Committed to proactive talent sourcing as well as diversity and inclusion principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all recruitment phases for IT and healthcare vacancies, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline using diverse channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend role specifications and craft effective recruitment plans.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assess candidate suitability while ensuring a positive applicant experience.
- Manage interview scheduling, facilitate communications between candidates and teams, and ensure prompt feedback.
- Keep candidate records current and precise within applicant tracking and other relevant systems.
- Assist with onboarding to guarantee a seamless integration of new hires.
- Stay current with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to attract elite talent.
- Engage in workforce planning activities and support employer branding efforts to enhance organizational appeal as an employer.
