About the Role
Join Nestlé Nespresso SA in Jiddah, Saudi Arabia, as an IS/IT Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in executing the headquarters' IS-IT strategic initiatives while delivering market-specific plans and projects. This position involves collaborating extensively with business functions locally and globally to drive growth and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Align and cascade the headquarters' IS strategy across the local market ensuring it supports business goals and creates competitive advantages.
- Balance and integrate information systems roadmap requirements from headquarters, regional offices, and multiple departments to optimize resources and outcomes.
- Forge strong partnerships between IS and other departments to leverage technology effectively while maintaining transparency and accountability concerning costs and returns of IS solutions and services.
- Manage local application configurations and system setups to address specific market needs and maintain an accurate asset register aligned with corporate standards.
- Oversee IS/IT budgeting including CAPEX and expenses linked to initiatives, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic alignment.
- Drive operational efficiency by resolving technical and process issues, overseeing performance metrics, maintaining system availability, and ensuring fast, reliable change management to minimize business disruption.
- Lead compliance efforts including local governance, IS security policies, data handling responsibilities, contract compliance, and development of standard operating procedures within IS functions.
- Promote decision-making frameworks to prioritize resource allocation and discretionary investments effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related IT field.
- Minimum of 7 years in IS/IT roles with at least 3-5 years leading and managing IS/IT teams.
- Experience in retail brand environments and demonstrated project management skills including planning, leadership, and cross-functional conflict resolution.
- Proven stakeholder management within matrix organizations alongside strong leadership and talent development capabilities.
- Knowledge and experience with e-commerce platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and SAP.
