Primary Responsibilities

• Regularly update the standalone IoT graphical user interface (GUI) and prepare clear manuals to facilitate team adoption.
• Collaborate with electronics and full-stack engineers to establish bidirectional data communication enabling a web-based GUI that displays the status of robotic products.
• Diagnose faults in IoT-controlled robotics systems and help identify effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures, quality systems, and regulatory standards.

Additional Role Duties

• Develop sensor integration and calculations on single-board computers to support robotic functionalities.
• Conduct independent failure analyses at various complexity levels.
• Assist in equipment development for both new product innovation and process enhancement, including coordination with external partners as needed.
• Provide ongoing support for production operations and lead initiatives to improve reliability and yield of IoT products.
• Tackle complex technical challenges, involving evaluation of multiple factors and propose recommendations on design, quality, and system reliability.
• Create and maintain process specifications and instructional manuals.
• Support product returns by offering detailed root cause investigation reports.
• Partner with technical experts from hardware and software vendors to implement new product and process workflows in line with technology roadmaps.
• Perform other tasks related to the role as assigned.

Quality Assurance

• Identify and report any process or product non-conformance issues discovered during operations.
• Responsibly seek resolutions to quality issues within area of accountability.
• Comply with all operational procedures and quality regulatory requirements relevant to the job area.
