Position Purpose

The Investor Relations team, comprising over 120 professionals, handles fundraising activities and investor engagement across all asset classes. Organized into Sales, Product Management, and Client Solutions sub-teams, this role directly supports the global Head and COO of Investor Relations. It presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and expanding department within a top-tier private equity firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing Investor Relations fundraising materials for the weekly team meetings involving 120+ participants, including senior leadership.
  • Create monthly presentations for the Executive Committee (Sales Committee), ensuring timely coordination and smooth delivery to Legal.
  • Maintain up-to-date corporate materials regularly.
  • Support ad hoc strategic requests including fundraising and reporting documents, meeting coordination, fundraising statistics compilation, and event organization.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for secondary sales of Ardian funds with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the secondary sales process by coordinating multiple teams and meeting critical deadlines.
