About the Role and Company
Mercer’s Investments division is rapidly growing and is seeking a skilled individual to join the Singapore-based team. Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to a culture that balances learning, enjoyment, and high-quality results.
- Support project teams by gathering, processing, and analyzing investment-related data.
- Participate in client meetings, including presenting relevant information.
- Respond to client requests, inquiries, and assist in coordinating projects.
- Develop proposals, reports, and presentation materials for various projects.
- Offer preliminary insights and recommendations on investment strategies in collaboration with specialist teams.
- Coordinate with internal experts and external managers to ensure timely, accurate delivery of client information.
- Drive improvements by recommending changes to existing processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Studies, or closely related disciplines.
- Strong numerical reasoning and analytical abilities, with logical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational capabilities and clear verbal and written communication.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience working in asset management, investment advisory, or within financial institutions' investment teams.
- Interest in earning financial certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
- History of engaging with clients and contributing to proposals and presentations.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to operate independently.
