Mercer’s Investments division is rapidly growing and is seeking a skilled individual to join the Singapore-based team. Key Responsibilities

• Support project teams by gathering, processing, and analyzing investment-related data.
• Participate in client meetings, including presenting relevant information.
• Respond to client requests, inquiries, and assist in coordinating projects.
• Develop proposals, reports, and presentation materials for various projects.
• Offer preliminary insights and recommendations on investment strategies in collaboration with specialist teams.
• Coordinate with internal experts and external managers to ensure timely, accurate delivery of client information.
• Drive improvements by recommending changes to existing processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Studies, or closely related disciplines.
• Strong numerical reasoning and analytical abilities, with logical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working in asset management, investment advisory, or within financial institutions' investment teams.
• Interest in earning financial certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
• History of engaging with clients and contributing to proposals and presentations.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to operate independently.
