Key responsibilities

- Deliver prompt, accurate assistance with operational tasks and documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams to create a seamless experience for clients.
- Follow compliance requirements and maintain a professional standard in every client interaction.

Qualifications and additional notes
- A diploma or degree in any field is acceptable.
- Prior exposure to financial services, operations, or client servicing will be viewed favourably.
- CMFAS certifications such as M5, M6, M8, M9, and HI are an advantage.
- At least 2 years of work experience is required.
- Applicants should have strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to work well in a team are important.
- Experience with process automation, coding, or AI tools will be considered a bonus.
