As an Investment Analyst within an accelerator environment, you will actively seek out promising founders, assess potential investments, and contribute valuable strategic insights. Key Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential early-stage startups through proactive outreach, leveraging founder networks, referrals, ecosystem participation, and research resources.
• Oversee and appraise incoming investment proposals from initial filtering through to comprehensive diligence and recommendation steps.
• Conduct detailed market research and analyze emerging industry trends and technologies to underpin investment theses and uncover new opportunities.
• Foster and maintain meaningful relationships with founders, investors, operators, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Represent the investment team at various industry gatherings, founder engagements, and community events.
• Develop investment documentation, including research briefs, market evaluations, and detailed memos to assist decision-making.
• Collaborate with accelerator and platform teams to support portfolio startups and elevate the overall founder journey.
• Gain and apply in-depth knowledge of early-stage company development and provide insights on market conditions and trends.
• Serve as an active advocate in the startup ecosystem by sharing ideas, expanding networks, and identifying valuable talent.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Between one and three years' experience in roles related to technology startups, venture capital, entrepreneurship, or similar sectors.
• Genuine enthusiasm for emerging technologies and early-stage investing, coupled with a commitment to ongoing learning.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling capabilities, able to condense complex information into clear, persuasive investment narratives.
• Robust analytical skills with an aptitude for assessing markets, business models, and growth potential.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
• Proficiency in networking and building authentic connections with founders and ecosystem participants.
• Strong digital literacy with ease using online platforms for engagement and community building.
• Experience as a founder or entrepreneur is advantageous, enhancing empathy and understanding of startup challenges.
