Inventory and Office Administrator

Position Overview

Join a thriving pet food wholesale distributor as an Inventory Clerk based in Hayward, CA, offering a Monday to Friday schedule from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM with a pay rate of $23.00 per hour.

Key Duties

• Utilize experience with distribution and supply chain management software to support inventory operations.
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel proficiently for documentation and data management.
• Maintain confidentiality while assisting with HR paperwork at the corporate branch.
• Assist in the inventory control process cycles as required.
• Perform daily row counts to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Prepare and process all collected cash on delivery (COD) payments, verifying accuracy.
• Exhibit energy and initiative throughout daily tasks.
• Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Forklift certification and previous forklift operating experience are mandatory.
• High school diploma and verifiable work experience are required.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening after a job offer.
