About the Company
The organization operates within the Event Management sector, seeking candidates with excellent English communication skills for their international voice process. The role is specifically for night shift work and requires a target-driven mindset. Applicants can be freshers or have up to one year of experience. This opportunity is restricted to male candidates. Note that no transportation facilities such as cabs are provided.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle international inbound and outbound calls with a professional demeanor.
- Achieve and maintain key performance indicators related to call quantity and resolution time.
- Work closely with teams across different countries to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Ensure a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) by delivering clear and positive communication.
- Consistently meet assigned targets and performance goals.
