Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with academic institutions and B2B partners globally.
• Identify and onboard new institutional recruitment partners to expand the network.
• Oversee partnership agreements, including renewals and compliance.
• Organize institutional events such as webinars, seminars, and partner visits to strengthen engagement.
• Negotiate terms related to commissions, scholarships, and marketing support opportunities.
• Distribute updated institution materials and admission information internally.
• Collaborate with Counselling, Admissions, and Digital Marketing teams to implement targeted promotional campaigns.
• Suggest innovative strategies for promotion to boost student enrollments and institutional visibility.
• Provide ongoing product training and updates to counsellors to support student recruitment efforts.
• Monitor partnership performance metrics and assist in achieving recruitment targets.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and generate partnership progress reports.

Requirements

• Between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in study abroad consultancy, international education, university partnerships, student recruitment, or immigration services.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
