Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive internal audits of banking functions to detect areas needing improvement and suggest practical process optimizations.
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure audit recommendations are effectively implemented and track progress consistently.
- Establish and nurture strong communication channels with senior leadership, departmental managers, and team members to facilitate audit processes.
- Conduct training programs for employees on audit-related procedures, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Experience ranging from entry-level to 3 years in bank auditing or similar roles within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain.
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations and the regulatory environment governing financial institutions.
- Highly developed communication skills capable of conveying complex audit findings clearly to non-specialist audiences.
