Internal Audit Operations Officer

Job Summary

The Internal Audit Operations Officer is responsible for conducting comprehensive internal audits, ensuring that all business operations adhere to risk management protocols, overseeing workflow efficiency, and producing compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the company’s operational procedures.
• Contribute to the formulation of strategic plans as determined by management.
• Oversee daily administration processes and procedural adherence.
• Monitor and maintain operational cost budgets.
• Identify, track, and enforce employee compliance with operational guidelines.
• Continuously analyze and update operational data.
• Collect data related to Standard Performance Measures.
• Support documentation and updating of company policies and procedures approved by senior management.
• Compile monthly and operational reports summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead efforts to monitor, evaluate, and maintain company equipment.
• Assist with process mapping and enhance productivity-related workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards; identify safety risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Optimize workspace layouts following storage design principles and recommend enhancements.
• Prepare incident reports promptly following any incidents.
• Ensure accountability for warehouse-related KPIs.
• Help oversee security functions within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
