About the Role

Homestory Design and Interior Solutions Private Limited is seeking an Interior Site Supervisor based in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore. The supervisor will manage daily on-site activities, ensuring timely and safe project progress adhering to required standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the tasks of workers and subcontractors on the construction site.
• Track daily work progress and provide updates to the project manager.
• Enforce compliance with safety protocols and project guidelines.
• Maintain detailed daily records, including attendance, materials usage, and construction activities.
• Conduct safety briefing sessions and ensure proper use of protective gear among all personnel.
• Handle site logistics and coordinate material arrivals effectively.
• Communicate and collaborate with engineers, clients, and suppliers as necessary.
• Promptly address any on-site challenges or delays to maintain workflow.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Diploma or relevant certification in construction or site management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within construction or related sectors.
• Excellent leadership qualities with strong communication and organizational capabilities.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards along with local regulatory requirements.
• Competence in interpreting technical drawings and site layouts.
• Basic computer skills, including email communications and report preparation using MS Office.

Salary and Working Conditions

The monthly remuneration ranges from INR 30,000 to INR 40,000, negotiable depending on professional background, project complexity, and location specifics. This is a full-time position requiring physical presence onsite, with potential for additional hours during weekends or holidays, depending on project demands. The role involves working in outdoor and active construction environments.
