Interior Sales Executive

Role Overview

Propeden, a reputed interior design company based in Bangalore and operating in Hyderabad, seeks an Interior Sales Executive to manage sales operations for residential, commercial, and hospitality interior projects. This role involves handling client inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with incoming customer leads and proactively develop new business prospects.
• Understand and interpret customer needs to present suitable interior design solutions.
• Schedule and conduct follow-ups and site visits with prospective clients.
• Lead sales discussions including preparing quotations and managing negotiations.
• Collaborate effectively with Design, Execution, and Relationship Management teams.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial enquiry through project confirmation and delivery.
• Maintain consistent communication and update the CRM system regularly.
• Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales and conversion goals.
• Leverage existing customer networks for referrals and repeat business opportunities.
• Build and sustain durable client relationships to enhance retention and repeat engagements.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably 1 to 5 years of experience in interior design sales, real estate, or related home improvement sectors.
• Strong communication abilities and adeptness in customer service.
• Proficient in sales strategies, negotiation, and client follow-up techniques.
• Driven and goal-oriented with a high level of self-motivation.
• Comfortable performing face-to-face meetings and site inspections.
• Fluency in both Telugu and English is desirable.
• Basic understanding of interior design concepts and modular interiors is advantageous.
• Capable of coordinating seamlessly with multiple internal teams.
• Experience in sales driven through strong references or referrals is favored.

Additional Information

Applicants must be graduates. Annual salary ranges from ₹350,000 to ₹450,000 based on experience and performance. Position duties are based onsite in Hyderabad. This is a full-time employment opportunity offering growth in a creative and dynamic environment.
