Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. This full-time position involves delivering high-quality workmanship to restore vehicles to their pre-accident state. The role requires timely, accurate, and comprehensive quoting of vehicle repairs, utilizing your motor vehicle expertise and computer skills while engaging with various stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the Centre Manager, you'll be part of an extensive network providing both stability and career advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and work providers.
- Provide prompt and accurate vehicle repair quotes in alignment with average cost targets and insurer/company guidelines.
- Complete repair estimates on-site, off-site, and online as needed.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections upon arrival, including mapping and imaging processes.
- Manage parts procurement to ensure timely and cost-efficient repairs.
- Coordinate with suppliers to promptly document and authorize any additional work.
- Support production management of the repair centre when required.
- Ensure all vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition before handover.
- Facilitate the smooth handover of completed repairs to customers.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with skills in preparing accurate estimates and quotations within the automotive smash repair sector.
- Familiarity with AudaNet is highly preferred.
- Experience with Ibody software is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong customer service capabilities, adept at building rapport with clients and work providers.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable and proficient with computer systems; Excel skills are beneficial though not mandatory.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with precision and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving aptitude and high accuracy in tasks.
- Works well both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Competitive salary with strong earning potential:
- Junior to mid-level tradespeople: $60,000 to $80,000 per year.
- Mid to senior tradespeople: $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
