Job Location
Work from office at SG Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Role Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries received via WhatsApp and phone calls promptly.
- Provide clear explanations of the chess programs and assist clients through the enrollment steps.
- Regularly follow up on both new and existing leads to maximize enrollment rates.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM system consistently.
- Strive to meet monthly enrollment goals by engaging effectively with clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a diploma or graduate degree; freshers and experienced applicants are welcome.
- Strong command over written English and good proficiency in spoken English.
- Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
- Comfortable with making calls, performing follow-ups, and interacting with clients.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations.
