Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers by generating leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Engage prospective clients to present and explain the range of company offerings.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with both new leads and current customers to encourage business growth.
- Prepare and dispatch quotations, proposals, and detailed product information to interested parties.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales objectives.
- Maintain and update customer data and sales-related activities within the CRM system.
- Address customer questions and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with effective negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement techniques.
- Competence in using MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Persistent in following up and managing client relationships.

Eligibility Criteria
The role is open to graduates from any field of study. Candidates with zero to three years experience in inside sales, telecalling, business development, or customer support are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates possessing excellent communication skills will also be considered.
