This position focuses on keeping daily technology support running smoothly for hospital staff and systems.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for technical support requests from users.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Set up, configure, and maintain IT devices and equipment.
- Administer user profiles, email access, and system-level permissions.
- Help maintain hospital technology platforms and support uninterrupted IT operations across the day.
Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Information Technology or a closely related discipline is required.
