Role Overview
TalentPop App is hiring an Influencer Outreach Specialist to strengthen creator partnerships and support growth across e-commerce campaigns. In this role, you will identify promising influencers, build meaningful professional relationships, and help shape collaborations that contribute to brand performance.
What You'll Do
- Search for and connect with creators whose audience and style fit the brand and campaign objectives.
- Design influencer marketing approaches that support business goals and defined KPIs.
- Build and sustain professional relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
- Coordinate campaigns from start to finish, including timelines, content development, and deliverables.
- Review content and offer creative direction so it stays aligned with the brand.
- Track campaign results using analytics tools and prepare reports with improvement recommendations.
- Partner with social media and content teams to ensure campaign execution runs smoothly.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing and broader digital marketing work.
- Strong negotiation abilities and clear, effective communication.
- Good understanding of digital marketing strategy and how to engage target audiences.
- Comfort using data and analytics to guide decisions and adjust strategy.
- Interest in brand storytelling and developing fresh campaign ideas.
