Role Overview
As a QA Analyst for Income Verification at Truework, you will ensure the accuracy, completeness, compliance, and professionalism of verification reports. Your responsibilities include auditing HR Report and Outreach workflows, applying rigorous rulesets, and verifying adherence to outreach protocols via phone, email, and fax. Your efforts will enhance verifier satisfaction, minimize rework, and contribute to meeting delivery deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform audits on completed verification reports against established QA guidelines, checking for identity and entity accuracy, completeness, and data consistency.
- Conduct Outreach QA on a randomized selection of manual verifications over email, fax, phone, or third parties, ensuring proper documentation, cadence adherence, and communication professionalism.
- Validate critical data fields, identify illogical or missing information, and flag issues such as inactive targets without end dates.
- Document QA findings precisely with clear evidence and references to rules, facilitating quick corrections and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with Outreach and Transcription teams to resolve discrepancies, provide coaching, and reduce recurring errors.
- Maintain compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) by timely reviews and escalation of risks in sensitive verifications.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience or interest in quality assurance, compliance, or operational auditing within fields like background screening, lending verification, or HR operations.
- Familiarity with Truework verification processes including manual outreach and transcription best practices.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to accurately log findings and possess excellent written communication and professional manners.
- Analytical skills enabling distinction between minor and major QA issues and the capacity to recommend appropriate interventions.
- Experience working with data dashboards or sampling tools such as Looker for audits and metrics tracking.
- Knowledge of FCRA-adjacent regulations and secure handling of sensitive data.
- A proactive mindset with eagerness to take ownership, move swiftly, adapt amidst ambiguity, and raise operational standards.
