Job Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Import Export Manager with expertise in freight forwarding to oversee customer account management and coordinate shipments from start to finish. This position focuses on ensuring seamless logistics processes, building and maintaining excellent customer relationships, promptly solving operational challenges, and exploring avenues for business expansion while providing superior customer service.
Primary Duties
- Act as the main liaison for designated customer accounts, managing all related activities.
- Coordinate comprehensive freight shipments via air, sea, and land with internal teams and external logistics partners.
- Track shipment progress, address operational challenges, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with operations, customs clearance, transportation, and finance departments to fulfill client needs.
- Draft quotations, assist in negotiating contracts, and identify opportunities to expand business.
- Perform periodic customer reviews to uphold high standards of client satisfaction.
