Stellenbeschreibung

Role overview

Triomics is looking for a Project Manager to lead customer onboarding and go-live execution. The role covers a large pipeline of deployments over the coming months, especially for the company’s EMR-integrated clinical trial matching product. This is a hands-on implementation and delivery position where you will own the technical and operational work needed to bring each cancer center live, starting when the deal is signed and continuing through launch and transition to steady-state support.

You will act as the main project lead for each Triomics deployment and serve as the Triomics counterpart to the PMO teams at customer cancer centers. The company is moving this responsibility in-house to build a dedicated project management function that owns the plan from Triomics’ side. You will work closely with Forward Deployed Engineering to plan and sequence technical integration work, and with Clinical Navigators to make sure training is built into the rollout.

The users are clinicians, including physicians, nurses, and clinical research coordinators. Deployments take place inside the EMR, so the ideal candidate has experience with cancer center go-lives, understands both clinical and IT stakeholders, and knows how a cancer center PMO operates, preferably in an Epic environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and go-live activities from start to finish, from closed-won through launch and final handoff to steady-state.
  • Act as the primary point of contact on the Triomics side for each customer PMO and internal project team.
  • Create, maintain, and drive integration project plans, milestones, and schedules across all deployments.
  • Keep an accurate, current view of status, risks, and blockers for every project in your portfolio.
  • Coordinate the technical and operational integration work across internal teams and the customer’s PMO, clinical, research, IT, and security teams.
  • Work with Forward Deployed Engineers to define the order and timing of integration tasks such as data feeds, interfaces, environment setup, validation, and cutover.
  • Identify and remove obstacles in clinical, IT, and security review processes before they affect the timeline.
  • Partner with Clinical Navigators to schedule end-user training for physicians, nurses, and CRCs as part of go-live preparation.
  • Run recurring deployment check-ins covering status, risks, and milestones with both Triomics and customer PMO teams.
  • Raise risks early and push the decisions needed to protect launch dates.
  • Review deployment data to monitor progress, verify readiness, and confirm the system is functioning properly at go-live.
  • Detect schedule slippage or scope creep, develop a recovery plan, and either execute it directly or engage the right internal team.
  • Help design the reporting, KPIs, and dashboards that improve visibility into deployment health for both Triomics and customers.
  • Build reusable playbooks, templates, and project plans to help the delivery motion scale as the company grows from a few enterprise logos to 25+.
  • Coordinate clean transitions from go-live to steady-state with Account Management and Commercial teams.

What success looks like in the first 90 days

  • You are independently running integration and go-live plans while helping accelerate several deployments at the same time.
  • You are recognized as the Triomics-side partner to customer PMO teams and have a clear, current understanding of risks, blockers, and status across your portfolio.
  • You have established a strong working rhythm with FDEs and Clinical Navigators and have involved them effectively in at least one deployment.
  • You have investigated a delayed deployment, identified the root cause, and delivered or driven a concrete corrective action.
  • Internal teams and customer PMOs see you as organized, credible, and the person who keeps delivery moving.

Must-have qualifications

  • 3 to 6 years of technical or operational project management / implementation experience, ideally in health tech or within a health system where EMRs and clinical workflows are central.
  • Practical experience managing or supporting EMR-integrated deployments end to end, with Epic strongly preferred.
  • Background on the cancer center or academic medical center side of a vendor go-live, ideally within a PMO or implementation team, or equivalent vendor-side experience working with hospital PMOs.
  • Strong project management judgment and the ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder integrations while keeping timelines on track.
  • A proactive, action-oriented working style with the ability to identify gaps, create a plan, and follow through independently.
  • Comfort working across technical and clinical groups, including FDEs, IT, security, and clinical end users.
  • Ability to work from New York City and come into the office, with willingness to travel to customers; alternatively, based in a regional customer hub with willingness to travel both to customers and periodically to NYC.

Preferred qualifications

  • Direct exposure to Epic or experience deploying within an Epic shop at a large cancer center or academic medical center; Epic certification is a plus.
  • Experience launching or supporting a clinical trial matching or clinical trials technology product.
  • Familiarity with oncology care and clinical research operations, including clinical trials and CRC workflows.
  • Experience delivering AI / ML products in clinical or research settings.
  • Experience in a fast-scaling startup environment with multiple deployments and stakeholder groups at once.

Compensation

The stated compensation range for this role is $100,000 to $150,000.

Additional notes

This role requires in-office presence in New York City or regular travel from a regional customer hub, along with travel to customers as needed. The position is focused on implementation delivery, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring smooth handoff into ongoing operations.
