Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the second-in-command to the Employee Support Manager, providing leadership support across the Employee Support function.
• Act as the main escalation contact for departments when the Employee Support Manager is unavailable.
• Offer expert guidance on HR policies, processes, employee lifecycle matters, and system usage to employees and managers.
• Manage end-to-end HR support activities including onboarding, contract changes, promotions, transfers, training sessions, and terminations.
• Ensure employee data and HR records are accurate, up-to-date, and maintained with integrity.
• Mentor team members, promote knowledge sharing, and contribute to building team capabilities.
• Handle moderately complex HR enquiries using sound judgement and solution-oriented approaches.
• Support compliance efforts through risk management, audits, and data validation.
• Prepare HR-related reports, workforce analytics, and compliance documentation.
• Identify and implement improvements in HR systems, processes, and workflows.
• Contribute to People Division projects and initiatives as required.

Candidate Profile

• At least two years of experience in HR coordination, advisory, or generalist roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with employment legislation, awards, and HR policy frameworks.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-volume HR environments.
• Strong attention to detail with the capability to maintain precise employee records and HRIS data.
• Proven ability to confidently resolve moderately complex HR-related queries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS or workforce management systems; experience with Humanforce HR is beneficial.
• A genuine passion for mentoring, supporting, and developing colleagues.
