Overview
We seek a Human Resources Executive to significantly contribute to enhancing employee experience and advancing HR excellence within a legal services firm. Partnering closely with the HR Manager, this role embraces comprehensive HR responsibilities, serving as a dependable adviser for both employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain precise employee records across HR databases and systems.
- Prepare and present HR reports and informational documents for management.
- Oversee the leave administration system and manage personnel filing and documentation.
- Update the organizational chart to reflect company structure and reporting relationships.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance programs, and support HR-related initiatives and events.
- Manage monthly payroll processing and generate payroll analytics.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and employee onboarding.
- Conduct orientation sessions and ensure smooth induction procedures.
- Track probationary review timelines and manage associated documentation.
- Assist and consolidate performance appraisal data during annual review cycles.
- Support salary and bonus review activities each year.
- Administer internship and trainee recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and regulatory submission compliance.
- Manage secondment logistics, including legal permits, travel, medicals, insurance, and housing arrangements.
- Contribute to the development, review, and upkeep of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee exits with exit interviews and resignation or termination processing.
- Organize employee engagement programs and firm-wide events that promote a collaborative culture.
Qualifications
- Degree, diploma, or professional certification in Human Resource Management or Business Management preferred.
- At least 3 years of broad HR experience in a generalist role.
- Experience within a professional services firm of 100–200 employees; background in legal services is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, e-Litigation, and LSRA platforms, especially in legal HR contexts, is advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of Singapore's labour laws.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills alongside outstanding interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to excel under fast-paced work conditions.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite.
