Role Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator is a key support position for day-to-day HR operations. The role acts as a go-to contact for employees and managers, helping manage leave programs, benefits administration, HR systems, compliance tracking, and employee lifecycle processes.

What You Will Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for questions related to HR policies, employee benefits, and HR systems.
  • Keep HRIS records accurate and maintain personnel files.

  • Help run employee recognition initiatives and related communications.
  • Build, improve, and document HR procedures and workflows.

  • Support benefits administration for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Assist with annual benefits enrollment, employee communications, enrollment changes, and vendor coordination.
  • Complete benefits reconciliation and related follow-up tasks.
  • Administer leave programs, including FMLA, state leave programs, disability, pregnancy disability, military leave, and personal leave.
  • Serve as the main contact for leave documentation and leave-related coordination from intake through return to work.
  • Support the ADA interactive process and workplace accommodation requests.
  • Track leave usage and help maintain legal compliance.
  • Protect the confidentiality of medical and leave records.
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and annual processes such as EEO-1 and performance review cycles.
  • Stay informed on employment law updates and HR best practices.
  • Help improve HR processes and support broader HR initiatives.

Requirements

Compensation
