The company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join their US HR team in New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee lifecycle tasks such as coordinating onboarding logistics, including offer acceptance to Day 1 readiness, new hire documentation, and I-9 completion.
  • Handle employee offboarding processes including terminations, exit documentation, interviews, and updates in systems.

  • Assist with administrative support for employment and severance agreements in coordination with Legal, Compensation, Payroll, and HR Business Partners.
  • Prepare and maintain various HR reports and trackers such as headcount, organizational charts, performance cycle progress, and onboarding/offboarding status.
  • Support employee engagement programs, including team meetings, town halls, internal communications, and the Applause recognition program.
  • Assist HR Business Partners by organizing deliverables, routing requests, and supporting special projects aligned with organizational goals.
  • Serve as the initial contact for basic HR inquiries, respond to employee questions related to policies, benefits, and procedures, and assist with leave administration.
  • Handle confidential employee information with discretion at all times.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in human resources or administrative roles.
