Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our HR team based in Tralee, County Kerry on a full-time contract minimum of 15 months. In this role, you will significantly impact employee experience and enhance organizational culture by collaborating with business leaders to build engaged, capable teams aligned with future business needs. This role demands a collaborative, autonomous professional ready to make meaningful contributions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer practical, solution-oriented HR advice to managers on employee relations while ensuring adherence to employment legislation and best practices.
  • Manage and support investigations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures with professionalism and integrity.
  • Independently lead and implement HR projects and initiatives across the organization.
  • Assist with Global Mobility activities including addressing tax-related inquiries, visa processing, and travel documentation management.
  • Take part in compensation activities such as benchmarking and aligning salaries with market data and internal frameworks.

Candidate Requirements

  • A third-level qualification in Human Resources is mandatory.
  • At least three years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law is essential.
  • Familiarity with Northern Ireland employment legislation is advantageous.
  • Possession of a full, clean driving licence is necessary.
