Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team at the Calgary Head Office. This role demands a results-driven professional committed to upholding professionalism and facilitating organizational change. The HR Administrator will support various initiatives designed to maintain a positive company culture that meets the diverse needs of our expanding workforce.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to HR leadership.
  • Maintain, organize, and update personnel records and official documentation.
  • Manage and update multiple HR databases covering new hires, terminations, sick leaves, disciplinary actions, vacations, and time off.
  • Assist in payroll processing, including preparation and disbursement.
  • Prepare, organize, and securely store documents concerning HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide requested information promptly.
  • Maintain schedules and coordinate calendar events.
