The organisation is in its initial growth phase and is building foundational systems across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Academics, HR, and Customer Experience to support their international business. Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse departments including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Academic, and Support functions.
• Source candidates through multiple platforms and channels including job portals, referrals, and social networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary HR interviews, and coordinate subsequent interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a steady recruitment pipeline and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Follow up with selected candidates to facilitate offer acceptance and onboarding completion.
• Manage documentation and onboarding procedures for new hires, including induction and orientation programs.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documents while supporting management on attendance and leave matters.
• Assist in designing and refining HR policies and internal processes as the organisation scales.
• Serve as a go-to contact for employees, addressing concerns early through regular check-ins.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and support performance appraisal processes.
• Contribute towards fostering a professional, accountable, and positive workplace culture.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition roles.
• Practical experience utilizing recruitment platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills suited to daily candidate interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions efficiently and follow up persistently on hiring progress.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup setting with evolving processes.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to building HR frameworks.
• Experience recruiting for EdTech, Sales, Business Development, or customer-facing teams is a plus.
• Value professionalism, transparency, and employee experience highly.

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Work Location: Quattro Gateways, Ground Floor, Plot No. 397, Phase III, Udyog Vihar, Sector 19, Gurugram, Haryana 122016
• Work Mode: Onsite
• Work Schedule: 5 days a week, from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST (aligned with UK operations)
• Annual CTC Range: INR 350,000 to 480,000 (final depending on experience and skills)
