Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities by crafting proposals, responding to RFPs, and presenting solutions that leverage Oracle HCM Cloud tailored to client requirements.
• Participate in pre-sales activities to effectively demonstrate Oracle HCM capabilities aligned with client HR processes and future design strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and collaboratively resolve complex challenges.
• Define solution architectures to meet clients' HR transformation goals.
• Collaborate with Deloitte’s HR Transformation and broader teams to align HR strategies with client business needs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead creation of high-quality deliverables within set timeframes ensuring excellent client service.
• Partner with client HR leads to ensure alignment on deliverables, anticipate risks, and manage resources efficiently.
• Lead functional teams, providing subject-matter expertise, task prioritization, guidance, and feedback.
• Assist in project management to guarantee delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Maintain professionalism during conflicts or sensitive situations and escalate issues appropriately.

Personal and Leadership Capabilities

• Effectively organize information to present clear, logical stories or recommendations.
• Understand business functions and industry trends impacting clients and how Oracle HCM Cloud supports these needs.
• Stay updated on regional and global trends to refine client solutions.
• Promote Oracle HCM solutions internally and contribute to building Deloitte's HR Transformation practice, culture, and eminence.
• Master internal quality risk and deal review processes.
• Uphold Deloitte’s values by acting as a brand ambassador, seeking personal growth, collaborating across borders, and maintaining focus on results.
• Develop and maintain strong connections with Oracle HCM teams, including sales and product development.
• Align tasks with client and company goals while setting personal priorities.

Qualifications

• 4 to 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with familiarity in Oracle Peoplesoft and E-Business Suite preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in business development, pre-sales, and implementation delivery.
• Background in consulting or internal HR functions is advantageous.
• Undergraduate degree in IT, Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees such as MBA are a plus.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic, spoken and written.
• Certifications such as PMP, CIPD, SHRM, and Lean Six Sigma are considered beneficial.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong team orientation.
• Leadership qualities including coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Strong project management understanding and capability.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in deadline-driven environments with flexible hours.
• Willingness to travel as required.
