About the Role
Arkazen Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd., based in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, seeks a skilled HR Recruiter experienced in recruiting blue-collar workers and field sales staff. The position entails managing the full recruitment cycle to meet monthly hiring goals effectively and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring for roles such as Field Sales Executives, Solar Technicians, Telecallers, and various blue-collar positions.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, employee referrals, recruitment consultancies, and onsite sourcing efforts.
- Conduct phone screenings and arrange candidate interviews alongside hiring managers.
- Ensure swift closure of the vacancies assigned.
- Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
- Handle candidate joining processes and onboarding.
- Maintain daily reports and recruitment MIS for tracking hiring progress.
- Continuously achieve monthly recruitment targets while upholding quality standards.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate qualification in any field is required.
- A minimum of two years’ recruitment experience is essential.
- Proven expertise in blue-collar and field sales hiring is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment platforms and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are expected.
- Capability in Microsoft Excel and Office applications is necessary.
