About the Position
We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter who brings practical expertise in IT recruitment to become a vital part of our talent acquisition team. The candidate will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates from sourcing through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for IT-related roles, including developers, QA, DevOps, and data engineers.
- Utilize job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases for candidate sourcing.
- Evaluate resumes and conduct preliminary telephone or video interviews to determine technical suitability and communication abilities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp position requirements and establish comprehensive job descriptions.
- Organize interview schedules and track candidates using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Engage in offer negotiations and salary discussions within allocated budget constraints.
- Maintain recruitment tracking systems and regularly update reports on hiring progress.
- Develop and nurture a talent pool to support current and future recruitment needs.
- Ensure an efficient onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in IT hiring, relevant skills demand, and compensation standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least one year of experience in IT or technical recruitment, either agency or corporate-based.
- Understanding of technical roles and terminologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud technologies, and DevOps.
- Experience using sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Indeed.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple job requisitions efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficient with MS Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining tracking and reporting data.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Experience handling niche or high-volume recruitment projects.
- Basic knowledge of Boolean search methodologies for candidate sourcing.
