Role Overview

The position is for an HR Process Executive focused on recruitment and onboarding for Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) operating throughout the United States. This role is especially ideal for recent graduates aiming to start a career in HR and recruitment, providing experience in US-based recruitment operations.

Core Duties

• Evaluate driver applications submitted via recruitment portals.
• Communicate with candidates by phone, email, and text regarding screening and hiring updates.
• Arrange interviews and liaise with Amazon DSP hiring managers.
• Assist candidates through onboarding, handling document collection and pre-employment procedures.
• Track progress on background checks, drug screenings, ADP onboarding, I-9 verification, and E-Verify compliance.
• Keep comprehensive records of candidates, recruitment schedules, and hiring data.
• Collaborate with internal teams and US clients to achieve recruitment goals.
• Enhance candidate experience through consistent and timely communication.

Candidate Profile

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Open to recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience in recruitment, human resources, BPO, customer support, or operational roles.
• Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable interacting with US-based candidates via telephone.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office tools.
