Job Overview

The HR Operations Analyst role involves managing precise employee data and offering daily assistance within ADP Workforce Now for over 250 veterinary locations. This position is a vital resource for both managers and employees, ensuring data accuracy, handling HR lifecycle support, resolving HRIS queries, and driving process advancements and system initiatives. The analyst collaborates tightly with HR, Payroll, Benefits teams, as well as Regional Operations and hospital leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-focused, customer-oriented, and comfortable in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for ADP Workforce Now support across 250+ veterinary sites.
  • Promptly and professionally address HRIS inquiries including new hire setups, time and attendance, system access, PTO queries, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate employee records throughout the employment lifecycle—new hires, onboarding, promotions, transfers, compensation adjustments, status changes, and terminations—with strict adherence to HR data standards.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and hiring managers to ensure onboarding and offboarding processes are accurate and timely.
  • Monitor and resolve data issues in ADP file feeds and system integrations.
  • Produce and distribute ADP reports supporting business operations, compliance, and cross-departmental projects.
  • Conduct regular audits via ADP reports to verify data integrity and maintain system reliability.
  • Support HR system rollouts, updates, enhancements, and testing procedures.
  • Assist in training delivery and documentation for new HR workflows and system features.
  • Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or HR data management roles.
  • ADP Workforce Now experience highly desirable.
  • Background supporting multi-site organizations preferred.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong dedication to data accuracy.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills capable of juggling priorities in a busy setting.
  • Excellent customer service orientation, strong written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook, and capable of generating reports.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently while collaborating well across HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams.
