Role Overview

This on-site internship in Singapore sits within the HR team and reports to the Regional Talent and Learning Director for Asia Pacific. It is designed for someone enthusiastic, proactive, and interested in gaining practical exposure to talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, and HR systems across the Asia Pacific region.

Talent Acquisition and Talent Development

  • Help deliver talent acquisition initiatives that strengthen the employer brand and support the company’s image as an attractive workplace.
  • Assist with recruitment analysis and reporting to support better decision-making and ongoing process improvements.
  • Support rollout and day-to-day use of the talent tool.
  • Contribute to talent development work such as development programmes, skills-gap reviews, and other strategic talent projects.

Learning and Development

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for learning programmes.
  • Assist with projects related to ongoing learning initiatives and digital learning activities.
  • Prepare and review data and reports to track participation, spot trends, and identify improvement areas.

Business Partnering and HR Support

  • Support recruitment activities, including posting roles, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records.
  • Assist with onboarding and employee communications.
  • Check the bi-weekly time and attendance report for Australia using the HR system.
  • Coordinate learning and development activities.
  • Help organise and run employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide support for ad hoc HR tasks as needed.
