Overview
RoShay Services is looking for an HR Business Partner to provide support to our Growth and Technology teams by managing people programs, ensuring operational excellence, and overseeing foundational HR activities such as leave management, accommodations, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and managers.
- Manage employee relations issues of lower complexity.
- Administer leave processes and accommodation requests.
- Execute HR programs and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Promote a positive organizational culture through recognition and engagement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
- Understand key HR workflows and processes.
- Exhibit strong emotional intelligence and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with HR-related data and employee surveys.
