Role Overview
We are searching for a dynamic HR Business Partner who excels as a strategic advisor and demonstrates strong capabilities in numbers, analytics, and insightful business understanding. This pivotal role involves crafting people strategies for India, driving organizational transformation, and enhancing business outcomes across international teams.

- Enhance employee engagement and retention through informed, proactive interventions rooted in data and business insight.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner within global or matrixed organizations.
- Practical skills in talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and change leadership.
- Proven track record of leveraging analytics and dashboard tools for problem identification and influencing strategic decisions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of global HR frameworks alongside local compliance and workforce trends.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present data-driven narratives effectively.
- Capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
