Key Responsibilities
- Operate payroll processing using cloud-based platforms.
- Calculate and manage Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) contributions accurately.
- Engage with the EPF and Employee State Insurance (ESI) portals for statutory submissions and compliance.
- Administer professional tax payments and compliance matters related to employees.
- Handle various labour law formalities and related requirements.
- Maintain coordination with employees regarding payroll issues and queries.
- Manage processes associated with new company registrations.
