Role Overview
Finetax Ace is hiring for a contract-based HR administration and compliance position in Jamshedpur. The role focuses on day-to-day HR support, contract labour compliance, payroll coordination, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee routine HR administrative work such as employee record upkeep, attendance monitoring, and processing leave requests.
- Support compliance with labour regulations, especially in matters related to contract labour management.
- Address employee grievances and manage the resolution process in line with company policy.
- Assist with payroll-related activities to help ensure salaries are processed on time.
- Keep proper documentation for performance reviews and other important HR files.
