Job Overview

The Housekeeping Attendant will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest and public areas to ensure an outstanding resort experience at Celebration Key in The Bahamas.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the beach area by cleaning up towels, trash, debris, and keeping loungers orderly.
• Ensure the pool deck, loungers, and surrounding spaces are clean and neat.
• Set up and break down lounge chairs both on the pool deck and beach.
• Manage the distribution of towels to guests efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize public spaces including restrooms, hallways, lobbies, and dining areas to high standards.
• Keep all public areas free from litter and debris, maintaining an inviting environment.
• Restock supplies regularly in guest restrooms and public zones.
• Organize and clean back-of-house locations such as storage, staff break rooms, and service corridors.
• Assist in trash and recycling disposal at designated points.
• Ensure staff restrooms and other service areas are sanitized and orderly.
• Deliver a welcoming and well-maintained environment for all guests.
• Adhere to safety protocols and correct usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Support special cleaning tasks or event-related cleaning as required.
• Provide friendly and prompt assistance and information to guests.
• Engage in ongoing training and attend meetings to refresh knowledge on cleaning practices and resort standards.
