Role Overview

The Housekeeping Associate is tasked with upholding exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in guest rooms and public spaces. This position is vital to ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Make beds, replace linens, and replenish room amenities.
• Sanitize bathrooms and keep them well-stocked.
• Perform room inspections to confirm readiness prior to guest arrival.
• Keep public areas such as lobbies, corridors, staircases, and restrooms clean and tidy at all times.
• Maintain a presentable appearance of all common spaces continually.
• Coordinate effectively with Front Office staff on room status updates.
• Report any maintenance concerns, damages, or lost and found items promptly.
• Handle guest belongings responsibly and with care.
• Use cleaning agents safely following all safety guidelines.
• Manage housekeeping carts and inventory supplies systematically.
• Adhere strictly to all hygiene, sanitation, and safety requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of housekeeping experience, particularly in hospitality environments is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning methods and chemical usage.
• Physically fit and attentive to detail.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
