Role Overview

Join as a House Parent responsible for overseeing the residential hostel operations for boys and girls at a leading international school in Hyderabad. You will act as the key liaison among school staff, parents, and guardians to handle any issues affecting hostel residents, ensuring a supportive and safe living environment.

Core Duties

• Coordinate communication and resolve concerns involving hostel students with school personnel and students' families.
• Plan and supervise various recreational activities to promote engagement and welfare of the residents.
• Guarantee the security and well-being of all students living in the hostel premises.
• Supervise overall hostel management including maintaining discipline and implementing rules effectively.
• Keep detailed records regarding student conduct and hostel operational aspects.
