Role Overview

This program offers recent graduates an immersive 12-month experience in the hospitality industry, aimed at developing future leaders within the company. Applicants need not have prior hospitality experience but must possess a willingness to learn about the sector and a passion for business development. Successful participants will be considered for junior management roles within the organization or the broader Group upon completion.

Management Graduate Programme Structure

• Engage in a one-year structured development plan tailored for the program.
• Undergo departmental rotations through Operations, Hotel Technology, and Sales & Marketing to understand interdepartmental collaboration essential for hotel operations.
• Work closely with and receive guidance from seasoned professionals to gain practical experience.
