Role Overview

As a Hostess at Roxy Cinemas, you will be the warm and professional first point of contact for guests, ensuring excellent service from the moment they arrive. Your duties encompass greeting visitors, managing reservations via phone, preparing the venue in line with standards, updating guest information, and supporting inquiries by sharing menu and promotion details.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and courteously assist guests and prospective visitors.
• Manage restaurant reservation logistics including phone bookings and maintaining precise records.
• Prepare the restaurant for service, ensuring tables meet opening standards.
• Maintain superior personal grooming in accord with company policy.
• Update guest databases and effectively promote current offers.
• Possess thorough knowledge of menu items and daily specials to adequately inform guests.
• Clear and reset tables quickly while safeguarding positive guest experiences.
• Promptly respond to reservation requests, enquiries, and feedback.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Completion of High School Diploma; diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Relevant experience in upscale dining, lounge, or bar environments.
• Strong command of English language in speech and writing, plus proficient with MS Office.
• Familiarity with restaurant/bar etiquette, reservation management, and safety protocols.
• Adaptability to varying operational demands and teamwork-oriented mindset.
