Overview
Grand Hyatt The Red Sea is hiring a Host for the Communications Centre. In this role, you will help keep the department operating smoothly in accordance with Hyatt International’s corporate direction and brand standards, while also supporting the expectations of employees and guests.
Role Purpose
The position supports the Assistant Communication Center Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s Communications Centre. This includes handling operators, ordertakers, and assigned guest service officers.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations is required. Strong customer service ability, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential.
