What the role involves
As a Home Care Aide, you will provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes and help with everyday tasks, including household assistance, personal care, and errands.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties such as tidying up, laundry, organizing, and basic cleaning
- Help with personal needs like dressing, grooming, and support during meals
- Run errands, handle grocery shopping, and accompany clients to appointments when needed
Eligibility and requirements
- A valid driver’s license or government-issued ID is required
- Reliable transportation is necessary
- No prior experience is needed, although applicants with CNA certification are encouraged to apply
- Willingness to complete company and state-required training and continue professional development
- Applicants must meet state background screening requirements
Bonus terms
The $1,000 new hire milestone bonus applies to caregivers who begin on or after 6/22/2026. The bonus is paid in 8 installments, with the full amount earned after 1,000 worked hours from the start date. To qualify, caregivers must remain active and use electronic visit verification for hours to count toward the milestone payouts. Transfers from another organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio are not eligible. Former employees may qualify only if they return after being away for at least one year. All milestones must be reached within 18 months of the start date.
