Role Overview

The Head of Solutions Engineering leads the creation and growth of an AI-native Solutions Engineering team to drive acquisition, deployment, and expansion of complex enterprise clients. This role focuses on strategy formulation, developing technical sales processes, and fostering strong connections between customers, market-facing teams, partners, and product stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own a global Solutions Engineering strategy, organizational structure, and roadmap aligned with n8n’s growth plans.
  • Establish a clear vision for the team’s evolution spanning mid-market, enterprise, partners, and post-sales engagements.
  • Prioritize initiatives balancing immediate business demands with medium-term objectives.

  • Provide technical enablement and support resources for partners and global systems integrators.

Essential Qualifications
