Role Description

The Head of Early Years School (Preschool) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Lashibi. This role oversees the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The Head of Early Years School leads curriculum planning and implementation, supervises and supports teaching staff, and monitors teaching quality and child development outcomes. Responsibilities include fostering positive relationships with families, coordinating admissions and placement for preschool learners, and ensuring compliance with all relevant educational standards and policies. The role also involves mentoring educators, organizing professional development, collaborating with school leadership on strategic planning, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement in early childhood education.
